Kazakh President proposes rare earth metals research center in Astana

ASTANA. April 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan has proposed the creation of a regional research center in Astana focused on rare earth metals, according to an announcement from the presidential press service.
