CIS secretary general: SCO may be granted CIS observer status

MINSK. March 31 (Interfax) - The issue of granting the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) observer status at the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) is being considered, CIS Secretary General Sergei Lebedev said.
