Turkmen, Uzbek FMs discuss preparations for first EU-Central Asia summit

ASHGABAT. March 27 (Interfax) - Turkmen Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov and Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov, who arrived in Ashgabat to attend the Central Asia-European Union Ministerial Meeting, have discussed preparations for the first-ever EU-Central Asia summit scheduled to take place in Samarkand in the coming days, the Turkmen Foreign Ministry said.
