Kazakh parliament adopts law that bans funding for non-resident athletes

ASTANA. March 27 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The Senate, the upper chamber of Kazakhstan’s parliament, adopted on Thursday a law prohibiting the use of public and quasi-public monies to finance non-resident athletes.
