Tokayev urges Kazakhs to tone down embraces, kisses in public greetings
ASTANA. Aug 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has called on Kazakhs to return to traditional customs when greeting one another, urging against excessive hugging and kissing in public.
