Kazakhstan mulls tax relief for fraud victims and struggling borrowers

ASTANA. Aug 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Fraud victims and struggling borrowers in Kazakhstan could be exempt from income tax on written-off loans under a proposed change to the tax code, the government press service said.
