Kazakhstan mulls tax breaks to boost groundwater use for irrigation

ASTANA. Aug 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan's Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation has proposed tax incentives to encourage wider use of groundwater for agriculture, the government press service said.
