EAEU countries can import fuel duty-free, but Russian supplies remain cheaper – deputy PM

MOSCOW. Aug 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Russia's EAEU partners have the option to import fuel duty-free from third countries, though Russian supplies remain more cost-effective, Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk told reporters.
